Section 1 – Membership Qualifications

Any person, partnership, corporation, limited liabliity company, or association, including both landlord and tenant in share tenancy, who is a bona fide user or producer of agricultural products handled by the Association may become a member of this Association upon application accepted by the Board of Directors, payment of a membership fee and meets such other conditions as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.

Section 2 – Membership Fee

Upon Admission to Membership, the member shall pay a membership fee as set by the Board of Directors from time to time in its sole discretion. Such fee shall not be capitalized. Upon payment of the membership fee, there shall be issued to each member a Membership Certificate which certificate shall be recorded on the books of the Association.

Section 3 – Membership Non-Transferable

Membership in this Association is personal to the member. Neither membership nor any certificate indicating membership may be transferred or encumbered in any manner, by operation of law or otherwise, without prior approval by the Board of Directors.
