Brian Bettiga Field Agronomist, Salem

Brian was born and raised on the Central Coast of California and has been a resident of Oregon for the past 2 years. Brian attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo after High School and later graduated from Fresno State University in 2000 with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Business.

Brian began his employment with Pratum Co-op in August of 2012 as a Field Agronomist and has over 12 years of field experience.

Brian is married to his wife Jennifer, and they have 2 children together, Anthony and Elizabeth. Brian enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, spending time with his family and serving in his church.

Paul Borgen Manager, Salem

Paul was born and raised in the Canby area of Oregon. Paul has been involved in agriculture for his entire life and has maintained a commitment to agricultural advocacy and advancing his  knowledge of agronomy, management, and team leadership.

Paul started with Pratum Co-op in May of 2007 as the manager of the Agronomy Division, a position which he currently holds, and has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural fertilizer and chemical industry.

Paul is married to his wife of 29 years, Judy, and they have 2 daughters, Katie and Stephanie. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on his 6 acre hobby farm in Woodburn where he raises hay and horses.

Nick Gerig Retail Manager, Salem

Nick was born and raised in the community of Pratum. Nick graduated from Silverton High School in 1996 and Oregon State University in 2000 with a B.S. Degree in Horticulture.

Nick has been employed with Pratum Co-op since 2011 and currently serves as the Retail Manager.

Nick is married to his wife Jenny, and together, they have 3 children, Landon, Ella and Maggie. In his spare time, Nick enjoys fishing, camping, coaching his sons teams, home projects, and golf.

Jim Howells Inside Sales Agronomist, Millersburg

Jim was born and raised in the Albany area. He graduated from OSU with a B.S. in Crop Science Jim began employment with Pratum Co-op in July of 2014, currently working at the Millersburg location, bringing 32 years of agronomy experience with him. He and his wife Norma have seven children. In his spare time he enjoys time with his children, grandchildren and farming.

Clinton Kuenzi Agronomist, Salem

Clinton was raised near Silverton on a grass seed, berry, and hog farm. Clinton graduated from Silverton High School in 2000 and from Oregon State in 2005 with a degree in Horticulture. Growing up he knew that he wanted to end up with a career in Agriculture and has been a field agronomist since 2008.

Clinton came on board with Pratum Co-op as a Field Agronomist in January of 2013 and he brings over 6 years of field experience with him.

He married his wife Elanor in 2011 and they live in Salem with ‘Belle’, their mini Austrailian Shepherd. Clinton enjoys fishing, hiking, and anything else outdoors (when the weather cooperates). He also enjoys just watching the progression of Agriculture. Clinton looks forward to working at Pratum, and working closely with growers in the area.

Doug Kuenzi Ag Division Manager, Salem

Doug Kuenzi was born and raised in the Pratum community. He attended Oregon State University and received a B.S degree in Crop and Soil Science in 1996. He began working for Willamette Seed Co in 1996, which was purchased by Wilbur Ellis in 1999.
Doug has worked 18 years in the Agronomy business, with most of those years spent as a field agronomist, as well as various management roles. Doug spent 4 years working in Lincoln, Nebraska as a wholesale Ag chemical rep.. Doug began working for Pratum Coop in 2013 as the Agronomy division manager
Doug has been married 18 years to Kiel’an Kuenzi. 6 daughters and two sons keep him busy when not at work. Doug also enjoys his hobby farm and being involved in his Church.

Peter Kuenzi Sales Manager, Millersburg

Peter grew up working on a row crop/berry farm in the Silverton area. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1998 and has been a crop advisor serving the Southern Willamette Valley since then. He truly appreciates his customer relationships and helping produce the best crops possible. Peter currently is the South Valley Sales Manager working out of our Millersburg location.

Harold McKay Field Agronomist, Millersburg

Harold joined Pratum Co-op in August of 2014. The Year 2014 marks 30 years in the industry in the Mid-Willamette Valley. Harold brings experience in many crops including grass seed, wheat, hazelnuts, meadowfoam, row crops, clovers, blueberries and more.
Harold lives in the Albany area with His Wife Doni and two daughters, Amanda and Karah. Harold’s interests include camping with his family, boating, ATV riding on the sand dunes, and working on projects around his place.
